The Platform supports four message categories:
- Promotional – Promotional offers, new product launches, and announcements.
- Transactional – Transactional updates like order confirmations and shipping alerts.
- Authentication – OTPs and verification codes for secure user login.
- Conversational – Responses to customer-initiated conversations within a 24-hour window.
Each category has its own pricing and template approval requirements.
Arattai is built on a privacy-first foundation by Zoho, with 10+ years of enterprise security experience. We use TLS 1.2/1.3 with SHA-256 certificates and strong encryption standards, including AES-128/256, SHA-2 message authentication, and ECDHE-RSA key exchange. We also implement Perfect Forward Secrecy and enforce HTTPS Strict Transport Security (HSTS) across all sites. Data is stored on Indian servers, Arattai does not sell user data to third parties, and the platform is subject to regular security audits.
Mini Apps are web-based applications that open seamlessly inside Arattai. You can use your existing web-based application as a Mini App, allowing users to complete tasks such as shopping, booking, making payments, filling forms, playing games, or tracking orders without leaving the conversation.
